The replacement filter for Ravair's wall-mounted Salon fume and monomer extractor - the unit with built-in UV that frees the desk and treats the whole station from the wall. It is the unit's particulate stage; the activated carbon that holds vapour is refilled separately by weight. This filter is specific to the salon version; the home version of the wall-mounted unit has its own listing.
A particulate filter loads visibly - the surface greys and airflow drops - and is changed when loaded, on the manufacturer's schedule. HSE's nail bar sheet SR13 asks salons to maintain extraction as the manufacturer advises and to keep a log of parts replacement, so note the date. Ravair Ltd recommend buying a small hand held vacuum hoover such as a car hoover and just taking the filter out and hoovering at the end of each week.

We have all seen Plasma tube, UV light and Hydrogen Peroxide machines that claim to kill bacteria and Virus, but how do we know?
