Replacement filter for the in-desk / on-desk nail dust extractor

The replacement filter for Ravair's in-desk and on-desk nail dust extractor - the unit the client's hands rest over, in the format HSE's nail bar sheet SR13 describes as a downdraught table. It is the same unit supplied in the combo deal with the Dust/Monomer/Fumes and Virus Pro extractor. The filter holds the filing dust drawn down through the grille; the salon nail dust extractor's high-efficiency filter is a different listing.

Check the filter before work each day and change it when loaded, on the manufacturer's schedule; in a busy enhancement station that is sooner than a manicure table. Log the date alongside the unit's thorough examination record, which HSE says LEV needs at least every 14 months. Free UK delivery over £200; filters for every unit we supply are kept in stock. Call 01892 750777 if you are not sure which desk unit you have.

How to use:

- Ravair Ltd recommend buying a small hand held vacuum hoover such as a car hoover and to hoover the top grill after every client and take the filter out to hoover at the end of each day.

- Filters must be changed every 8 weeks to keep the Anti-Viral Flexzorb Filter fully effective and hoovered after every client to not to fill the Anti- Viral Filter full of dust.

- Remember to sanitise the lid of the unit and your worktop after every client this will help protect you and your client and give them confidence to return to you time after time.

Replacement filter for Ravair In/on Desk Nail Dust Extractor with Glass Hepa Filter to EU Standard EN 1822-1 will capture particles 0.3 microns and above (below 0.7 microns particles are invisible to the human eye) With added Flexzorb Anti Viral Material added with no extra charge.

We have all seen Plasma tube, UV light and Hydrogen Peroxide machines that claim to kill bacteria and Virus, but how do we know? None of these units, as far as we know, uses proven and visible Hepa Filters and Activated Carbon Filters, and therefore cannot remove particulates, pollen, dust, dander etc. Ravair's filters are proven to work- just take a look at the before and after images yourself! Please note the image of the filter is from a Wall-Mounted Unit- the effect will be similar using this unit.
